*sigh* no gym today either
Jan. 14th, 2009 09:34 amI've now had 2 blood sugar lows in less than 12 hours. That's not really a lot of fun, I'm still a little woozy and took the bus in rather than try and ride my motorcycle today. working out and walking more is definately improving my metabolism, but the need for a continued disciplined approach to my life keeps coming up. *sets an alarm on her laptop to remind her to check blood sugar and eat around 4 pm today*
The good news is that I'll likely get a lot more walking in today - we're going to Front Porch for dinner, and I can either take muni, or bart. Should be fun trying to get home. :) I'm excited about exploring my city via public transportation.
(note: have to get blood drawn this week, and seeing endo next week.)
