another good morning
May. 23rd, 2007 08:51 amSo I'vebeen going to bed early and getting up early to go to the gym. I decided to see for 6 weeks if I could take all the eating things I'd been working on (managing portions, eating big lunches, small dinners, etc) and now add in daily exercise. I have found that going after work wasnt working. So I get up at 5 am and go.
Magically... I'm sleeping better, I'm moving better, my blood sugars are dead on, and I'm eating 4 to 5 meals a day and losing weight.
Sometimes, it really is that 'easy', but there are always these things that I do to sabotage myself. I'm aware of most of them, and working to mitigate them. :)
Anyway, here's to losing 3 lbs this week so far, with another 12 to go before the end of June and my 2 day Mystery School and leraning to ride dirtbikes.
today: 35 minutes, Pre-Cor, 34 minutes "In the Zone", biceps: pushdowns and overhead pulls, 50 crunches with my legs up. *ow*
It also looks like I'm going to Porterville this year! My friend called me up and convinced me to get my bike ready to go. So I'm dropping it off at Crago's tomorrow, taking friday off, picking it up and heading north.
I'm not going with anyone, mainly because I'm not sure when the bike will get done. grr. argh. 500$ worth of work for the bike -- new sealed battery 'cause the Yuasa's are crap, new tires, oil change and also hopefully tracing the short to the rear taillight.
