Risk for Diabetes?

Do you know someone who has diabetes? If you read my blog, you know at least one. I'm riding in the Tour De Cure in May to help me further my goals on exercising and getting/ keeping in good shape which helps reduce the long term side effects of having Type II diabetes.

ZOMG! you rock! I was going to post something about being willing to cook dinner for you and yours for the amount donated, so anytime you want South Indian food, let me know, after the end of May, I'll be happy to come over and cook. :)
