but since I went to bed early last night, at 6 45 am, I was at the gym. Yay me! 10 min precor, 20 min bicycle (only 2.4 miles on the bicycle)
back and some shoulders.
The nice thing was that 1. the gym ws totally empty -- there were three people in the room with me 2. the music they play, apparently to keep the front desk girl awake, was hard / heavy and great.
No riding for me today, its actually RAINING here, and tho its dry out of hollywood, getting out in the rain is more then I want to face this am -- did I mention the humidity level is 92 %?
Instead, I will nap, and go buy and MP3 player. :)
P and I should go for a ride later this afternoon, hopefully when its a little drier. I think if its not, we'll be in the parking lot practicing in the wet. :)
