omg, so couldnt fall asleep last night. Dragged myself outta bed at 5 am, got to the gym.

Fasting BG: 134 (teach me to eat after 9 pm, damn it, but I'd also cut down my evening dose of lantus to 30 units. I'll do 30 again tonite and see how it goes)

33 minutes, 3 miles. YAY! hot tho, hard to keep it 'in the zone'
Shoulder Press: 35 lbs, 3 sets, 8 reps
Row: 90 lbs, 3 sets, 8 reps
lat pulldown: 50 lbs, 3 sets, 8 reps

(I'm doing slightly higher weights and lower reps this week just so I dont get bored)

My note from the Universe today:

I dunno why its a bad hair day tho, other then I fell asleep while getting dressed. No, seriously, I sat on the bed to lotion up and next thing I know I'm waking up. (*sigh. must get to bed early tonite*)

I know, I'm completely lame. but my hair does look good, I feel accomplished today and hope to get home and play my violin for the first time in forever.

Plus I need to get to bed early.

Weirdness with food again: last night, i went to have BBQ. Normally, I LOVE BBQ and can't get enough. Chicken and pork ribs, and for some reason the texture of the chicken was totally turning me off. :(

And normally, I love chicken! argh!

I'm going to try ground meat to see if that's better -- maybe little meatballs.
