its a bad hair day...
Jul. 2nd, 2007 10:33 amomg, so couldnt fall asleep last night. Dragged myself outta bed at 5 am, got to the gym.
Fasting BG: 134 (teach me to eat after 9 pm, damn it, but I'd also cut down my evening dose of lantus to 30 units. I'll do 30 again tonite and see how it goes)
33 minutes, 3 miles. YAY! hot tho, hard to keep it 'in the zone'
Shoulder Press: 35 lbs, 3 sets, 8 reps
Row: 90 lbs, 3 sets, 8 reps
lat pulldown: 50 lbs, 3 sets, 8 reps
(I'm doing slightly higher weights and lower reps this week just so I dont get bored)
