No, really, it does.

I got up at 5 am, rolled on over to the gym, worked out for 30 minutes on the precor, kept it up in the right heart rate range, tho it seemed harder today then usual. I have to check the chest strap and make sure its working ok. 30 minutes, 2.8 miles!

then chest exercises: flyes (5 sets, 12 reps, 35 lbs), incline (5 sets, 12 reps, 50lbs), decline (5 sets, 12 reps, 30 lbs) and shoulder press (5 sets, 12 reps, 35 lbs)

Fasting blood sugar: 82 (hoorah!)
Breakfast: two poached eggs and an english muffin with a slice of cheese.

I even got to work at 8 30 am. Man, i hate work. :-p

But my hair does look quite nice today. Dunno why.
