I had used a 9x9 pan, and it only took about 18 minutes at 450. Its crumbly, and yummy with a little butter and honey. I have a cornbread mold, and I'm going to try that tomorrow. (I'm with
lil_brown_bat, and making plenty for stuffing...)
I also started a sponge for bread, its sitting on top of the stove raising. We'll see how I do for letting it raise and fall, as my bread book recommends.
