can things stop being stupid around me now?

So Saturday, my tire blows. Likely to cost about 650$ to fix this, as I need 4 tires anyway.

Today, my vacuum cleaner died -- ( all the dull details...  )

Tyres make my head hurt!

Dude, 650$ to replace 4 tires??

*sigh* this car thing ain't cheap! I have an odd tire size that is mostly 'sporty', so the tires are all over 120$ each, and with installation, etc, its a LOT...

So far, Dunlop Sport A2's are the cheapest unless I go with Kumho or Yokohama -- both of which I know nothing about. The dunlops are 650, with installation and a full warranty for 60K miles, while the Kumho's are still about 550 installed, without any sort of warranty...

Any car people out there with recommendations on where to purchase 215/50 r17 for a Toyota Matrix XR? Or if the Kumho's might be ok?

Sheesh, pirellis, bridgestone, etc are all EXPENSIVE for my car! Now if only the car had the horsepower to deal with it..
