This is actually a good bit of advice here -- I was talking to someone last night about intent -- are they doing it out of good intent, or 'cause it seems "cool" ?

On another note, I have the flu. I'm only up by the virtue of many medications running thru my blood stream, but I'm only going in for half a day, then home to bed and sleepppppp!

At least I'm still losing weight but frankly, I'd rather be exercising.
