Gotta keep up the walking, get back on the bicycle, even if it means getting up earlier for the 8 am meetings. (oh, being an adult isnt easy...)

Thank you, my friends, for your continued encouragement and support. I certainly could not have done it alone.
- A1C: 6.7 - down from last time! normal people have A1C's of about 6.4, so still a little way to go.
- Weight: down another 15 lbs from the last visit. That makes a total of 30 lbs lost since I moved out here. Another 15-20 to go!
- Cholesterol, still a little high, but lower than last time. Moar red wine!
- Blood pressure: still a little high: 140/70, but better than last time as well
