breathing was great this morning, so I kept at it -- 45 minutes, onlu 3.2 miles, but not working, I have little excuse not to spend at least 45 minutes every day exercising.
If you can stick with it, you should make incredible progress by working out every day. You should definitely be cross training though- don't just do the same thing every day.
Can your joints take a lot of walking? That might be a good way to learn your way around your new home city.
Ja. I was born in LA. Had asthma, first went to ER at age 2. Moved out of LA at age 5 and didn't have my next attack till age 14. And that was on a 747 back when smoking was allowed...
so, my biggest triggers are cigarette smoke and LA.
