Its been really humid here, so yea, wearing jeans yesterday was horrible. I like thor-los too, wearing two socks is too much work for me -- I think a stop at sports chalet to pick up some socks would be good. :)
I took along my asthma inhaler, tho I think I should also put eyedrops, and putting together a tiny first aid kit would be a good idea -- we arent hiking anywhere FAR from civilization yet, so each thing I learn so far is good.
Cytomax ROCKS tho, I'd forgotten how helpful it is in feeling better after getting sweaty, and hot.
