Unmotivated

I was motivated last week to hit the gym -- made it three days. Today, after PT, I couldnt get back out of the house so far. I feel like such a potato slug. My ankle/foot hurts after PT so much I dont want to get on the elliptical machine, plus I'm now afraid if I go, it will be so crowded I'll kill people.

I will go tomorrow, thursday and saturday.

I forced myself to go. I feel like shit, and I'm drinking gatorade like there is no tomrrow, but I am not a potatoe slug!

Steve was right when he said that these first few weeks would be hellish.
