I haven't hung out with the south asian glbt group in a while. ONly a couple of people showed up, but we had a good time teasing about relationships, dating and how tough it is to meet the right guy/gal. I did get to speak to Asif, the DJ for a while, and that was good. Kind of got me in the right mindset to be around on the weekend.
One of the guys who came had taken classical indian dance, and mixed that in his dance moves -- Asif mixes techno with indian classical and current indian pop to make a pretty neat mix of music, and it was great fun to watch this cute redheaded boy dance to it. Heck, it was great watching all the boys dancing. :)
I turned into a pumpkin pretty early and headed on home. I'm finding that home is a little too stressful with both K and S living there -- no one seems to _do_ anything, or it all seems to get left til the last minute.
