on one of the bestest xmas present evah - the bike trainer!! Today's fasting was 90, better than yesterday's of 109. Eating late STILL makes a difference.

(the bad news is that I've been carrying around holiday cards for a week without stamps. I MUST GO TO THE POST office tomorrow )
