Sep. 4th, 2007 11:45 amseriously, it was 82 degrees at 5:30 am. And muggy. Hard to workout, but I did 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. I just could not stay and sweat another minute on the pre-cor. Did arms with freeweights.
Breakfast: slimfast
Must stop at a housewares store tonite and get coffee maker and coffee travelmug.
Lunch: hardboiled egg and avocado salad.
