yea, I rock. :) 3 miles in 36 minutes on the pre-cor. I know its not running, but these ankles are never gonna take running, so this is as far as I go. Heart rate consistently between 135-150, total in the zone was over 40 minutes after adding in weights.
Lat pulldowns: 4 sets, 8 reps, 50 lbs
seated row: 4 sets, 8 reps, 70 lbs
back extension: 4 sets, 8 reps, 90 lbs
Fasting BG wasnt so good: 154. I ate too late last night and too many carbs (I had baby bagels with cream cheese and lox and a big ol' peach. Next time, do the bagels for breakfast or lunch... but oh, the lox was sooo goooddddd!) :)
I need to get over this issue about seeing myself in the mirror when I'm working out. I'm not stretching and I need to. I have cleared some space in my bedroom but this morning spent it fixing my vacuum cleaner so that the cleaning lady would have it when she arrived. Apparently no one had noticed it was broken (dunno how long).
This weekend, going to check out Urth Yoga and maybe a pilates class too...

Breakfast: SlimFast milkshake, 20 oz coffee from 7/11 *not as good as usual, btw
Another thing to do this weekend is purchase a coffee maker and get a good travel mug or more disposable cups and lids.
