gayathri: (practice)
another good workout today -- 30 minutes, 2.2 miles and then chest (incline press, decline press and chest flies)
according to my heart rate monitor, I burned 400 calories. :)

Breakfast was a bowl of cereal and milk
10 am snack was a slimfast high protein shake
lunch was a bowl of black bean soup
4 pm snack was a green apple
dinner was dal and roti and one leftover piece of beef ribs (I was bad last night and had bbq. omg yum. I still lost a lb over the weekend tho)

I have a craving for chocolate cake. *sigh*

I'm on the symlin just once a day because frankly, I'm not eating enough at lunch or breakfast or the snacks.

so far today its been ok.

I really hate being this obsessed about anything, even something I like -- like playing the violin, but maybe this is what I have to do for a few weeks.

Looking forward to the gym tomorrow. :)

I'm watching the race from Silverstone. CRAZY how much water is on the track. :) I'm a bit behind, as this race was likely 5/29...
