I havent used this feature in a bit

Managed to finish my taxes last night, finally. Have to print it out today and mail it out, but its done. NEED to talk to someone so that so much of my paycheck isnt disappearing.

Met up with [livejournal.com profile] ladyravenfyr  for tea after work, good to catch up with her! Then off to Sushi Groove South to meet up with a lekvar for sushi. Also good to catch up. Home, found the tax paperwork, got started, realized I was out of insulin (no, apparently I didnt have another bottle at home) and off to the horrid pharmacy where I was stuck in line forever. Actually finished my taxes around 1230 am, but was so wired, I couldnt sleep.

Woke up at 7, got on the bicycle, did 20 minutes, shower, and headed out to pick up some goodies for [livejournal.com profile] voyeurprincess ' birthday. :)

work is going really swimmingly, tho, and I ought to get back to it.

Weekend was good and weird - will write more later.

I really enjoyed meeting up with you last night too. When there's time and space, you'll have to come over to the dark side (of the bridge) for some dinner.

Do you mean, disappearing into taxes? If you're getting a large refund, then yeah, you need to change your withholding. If not, all you can do is look for deductions, the best one probably being mortgage interest.

If it's not taxes, then it's just a budget thing, really. It disappears when you spend it, so you have to pick and choose what it's spent on.
