but erg. it was a tough workout day. I got to the gym ok, but neither J nor I could get our heart rates up and we were both short of breath and sweating like crazy.

Still really tired driving into work. Might be time to start doing coffee or tea in the morning again. Maybe iced coffee or iced tea might be good.
