HA! I say HA to the potatoe slug!
Even tho my heads still all stuffed up, I still got up and went to the gym this morning.
We did 45 minutes on the pre-cor, with 3 45 second intervals, and I managed 3.5 miles and a good heart rate, even tho a lot of the breathing was out and in my mouth. I drank a ton of water, and came home and had two eggs and I bought these morning star farms faux meat sausages -- they arent very good, I think they'd be better mixed up in the eggs, I'm going to try that tomorrow. I'm avoiding milk right now, so again, a ton of water with some Emergen-C mixed in.
I feel pretty good this morning! :) I mean, toher then the STUPID head COLD. which can stop any day now.
