Well, if you use trader joe's uncured bacon, and double the amount of ham product they recommend, and use 1/4 cup of olive oil, and canned crushed tomatoes....

its really really good.

slave_pug, I think it would taste fantastic on a good bread if I make it with _more_ garlic and ham. The definite trick seems to be to use good organic garlic, good olive oil and good (really good) parmesan cheese.

So I will be happy to make this for you anytime, puggie! :)
