i needed a break... (belated from Tuesday)
I was supposed to pack up my bedroom some more!
This didnt happen. I had a craving earlier in the day thinking about the ricotta cheese we'd gotten at Harley Goat Farm and told byronium that I really really wanted raviolis!
He agreed to make them, not realizing I did NOT KNOW how much TIME it takes to make good pasta.
I show up to the house after work all exhausted, to find a rather overheated and stressed out looking byronium...
slowly, comprehension begins to dawn on me, as I realize the dough and filling had been made, but still needed to be put together, as the dough had to rest...
