i'm so sleeepppyyyyy

I have to get to smart and final and pick up some more take away cups with lids -- since I'm awful about keeping my travel mugs clean and I put milk in my tea and coffee, I finally just gave in and bought paper hot cups from Smart and Final with lids to take tea to work each day. I'm all sleeeeppppyyyyyy.

Gym: 45 minutes, 3.3 miles, couldnt get my heart rate up tho.

Since I had to get to work early today,I didnt do any weights, I'll do them tomorrow.
